Terms & Conditions
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery time for real estate photos, floor plans, 3D virtual tours and aerial photography is next day delivery. 2 day/ 48 hour delivery time for all event, headshot, video and social media work. All effort will be taken to keep to these delivery schedules but not guaranteed. any delays in delivery of work will be communicated to client.
Please allow an additional day on all products taken on Sat-Sun.
HOME PREPERATION
Home preparation should be completed prior to arrival. Having the property photo ready will ensure you receive the highest quality images & video content. Photographer should not be expected to clean, move furniture, stage, wait for the builder to leave etc. We can make minor adjustment to improve the shot but other than that the space should be completely ready for photos on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All scheduled work cancelled 48 hours notice will receive full refund
Cancellation within 48 hours with no reschedule will be charged £50
RESCHEDULING
If availability is open and rescheduling can be confirmed to a new time on the same day, there will be no charge for rescheduling.
If there is no availability and shoot must be rescheduled for a new day a £50 rescheduling fee will apply.
Rescheduling due to weather concerns will not be charged a rescheduling fee.
Photoshoots and all other services that need to be rescheduled must be rescheduled within 30 days of original shoot date.
WEATHER CONCERNS
Weather can change in an instant! All exterior work that cannot be completed to standard or may damage equipment due to weather (high wind or heavy rain) will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity at no additional cost.
Light rain, cloudy skies etc will be replaced with clear blue skies in editing. Small signs of inclement weather i.e. wet surroundings, blown leaves etc may be present in final product but will be removed as best as possible.
If you want to reschedule for another day due to weather concerns, you can do at no additional charge. Any other reason for rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a £50 rescheduling fee.
COPYWRITE AND PHOTO USAGE
Foster Photography retains the copywrite to ALL photos delivered to the client. The client may not give or sell the images to anyone. Including other Real Estate agents, staging companies, builders, Interior designers, or any other third party.
Once the bill is paid in full the client is granted a license to use the images in promoting and marketing their property. License expires once the property has sold or withdrawn from market. For rental properties images may be used to market the property long term however, if the property changes ownership the license for use will expire at that time.
Foster photography retains the right to use all images in their own marketing materials, portfolio, and reserves the right to license the images to third parties.
Commercial Clients and long-term usage: If you wish to use the images in perpetuity, please communicate this and we can discuss licensing options. This may include images for your website, print materials, and other long term uses.
